Interior Design

 

I was appointed by contractor Connect PDI to provide interior design services to develop a four storey Cat A office as part of a mixed use development for Key Land Capital PLC. The building was literally a shell with only the floor plates in and a ladder to access the upper floors when we started.

 

Key Land Capital specialise in new build residential and commercial to residential projects in Birmingham, however there latest venture involved a mixed use property in the Jewellery Quarter. Having completed the residential side of the building, they were keen to complete the spec office as soon as possible.
