Design Co-ordination and H&S Inspection

​

Exciting £3.1m redevelopment of an empty office and retail building into 27 one and two bed apartments in Stafford for end client Key Land Capital. I'm actively spending two days a week on site working for the main contractor co-ordinating working drawings and information flow between client team, contractors and consultants. 

​

The role extends to carrying out formal H&S inspections each month and monitoring site conditions weekly on behalf of the main contractor. 

​

Project is due to complete in February 2021.
