Design support

Re-development of three storey Grade II farmhouse into CAT A boutique offices ready for rent. Each office can accommodate 4 to 6 persons and is flood wired and data ready for tenants. Breakout/kitchen space also provided.


Scope included a sensitive restoration of externals in line with English Heritage and planning guidelines, plus small layout changes to suit office use. All new services throughout are sympathetically dressed and in keeping with the heritage theme. Complete redecoration and restoration of key features.

This is the first phase of much larger site wide re-delevopment by construction partners ConnectPDI & Keyland Capital.
