Having been a client of M&S for over ten years I was able to provide critical feedback on the business model and where improvements could be made. Work to date has included developing a business plan and focus, brochure, re-brand and new website. Further improvements in the pipeline include new building and van graphics, and further exploration of social media to help build the brand.
