Condition Survey, Compliance Checks, Fire Strategy

Working with partners ConnectPDI, I was appointed to survey all the Verisure Alarms training centres around the country from as far North as Leeds and Preston, South in Portsmouth, and East to Southend-On-Sea, with everything in between. The survey was primarily to look at condition, compliance, evacuation and improvements. This was due to the client needing to store explosives (room smoke canisters), and certification was needed to ensure safety.

Our role has evolved to small refurbishments and new lease condition surveys prior to signing.
